I have always wanted to work as an administrator for a company where I can embrace my capabilities and skills to a larger extent. My qualification helped me to develop key analytical, detailed orientated, communication, my ability to delegate and organisational skills, while the experience that I gained from working at a school as an administrator has been the ideal preparation for a career in this field. My experience I gained was to prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting. Prepare and compile all sorts of statistics via excel and word and compile graphs for each section. Administrative tasks / all general administration. Answer telephone enquiries from customers/clients, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organisation with their enquiries. Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers and faxes. Grade 9 subject choices programme – assist with choosing subjects linked to careers. Compile data from past reports to present in order to improve better results for new grade 12’s. I would relish the opportunity to be part of the team and I believe that there are several skills that are needed to do this position. I have acquired many of these skills from hands-on experience. Additionally, I have 5 years experience and I have studied and learned more about the field in order to stay current with today’s technology.
