Completed the FSSC 22000 V5.1 and ISO-TS 22002-1 Course and looking to assist Organizations with Quality Control and Safety Measures within their kitchens to assist in reaching required standards. In addition to my Professional Cookery and Management Diploma am also a Qualified Assessor with CATHSSETA and have attended a MMDP Course at GIBS as well as extensive Food Safety and HACCP Training.
