As a lawyer who has shaped much of my career in industry, having to find creative solutions to commercial problems- I am looking to leverage my executive experience, with an established team, to spearhead new opportunities and ways of working. As Commercial Director of a trade finance house and one of South Africa’s largest cold-chain supply chain providers, I’ve had the opportunity to amerce myself in a number of industries, including financial services, pharmaceutical, medical devices, gas & welding, confectionary and food product retail and logistics industries- including proposal and negotiation, financial modelling, regulatory and certification registration, compliance, training, restructure and rationalization, customer management, service delivery and after-sales. Having focused on Intrapreneurship within a medium to large scale business space and helped grow multi-national brands working in the South African landscape, I feel prepared and excited to pivot to this particular role which focuses on leveraging career focus- legal and compliance.
