I have been practising my professional cookery and I have gained first hand experience of running kitchens both fine dining and privatised and also the happenings of the front of house. I have worked as a private chef for a very health and diet conscious family hence i can cope and adapt with any change or changes needed to amended with a menu due to any dietary restrictions, i have also worked for some wine estates so i have comprehensive knowledge in food and wine pairing. I have a great passion for the culinary industry and I ensure that I am up to date with the recent trends and developments in the culinary industry. In addition I have also finished my first year of professional cookery in City and Guilds. I have experience and am knowledgeable in dealing with guests & customers of all demographics.
