I have dealt with Investigation of all types of Fraud related cases from credit card fraud, internet fraud related as well as Insurance fraud. My job description was to investigate by obtaining statements, dealing with Section 205 documents to banks such as Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank, FNB and Capitec; Cell phone service providers such as MTN, Vodacom, Cell C, Telkom mobile, Internet network providers such as Telkom, Google, Yahoo, Gmail. I have conducted numerous hours of travelling to trace suspects in different cities within the Republic of South Africa to obtain warning statements of alleged suspects and to arrest wanted suspects. I maintained case dockets and administration by means of Investigation of cases, effecting arrests of suspects, charging of suspects, capturing of suspects images on the NPIS database and finalization of all case matters at court. I have attended a detailed SABRIC Workshop which entails the investigation of fraud related matters and credit card cloning and theft and methods on how to reduce crimes in the Banking industries. I have dealt with crimes related to Money bomb scams, ATM attack schemes, competition scams, bogus bank employees and skimming devices related to offences of fraud under Sec 86(2) and (3) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act No.25 of 2002 (ECTA) I have also attended and successfully completed an Electronic Forensic crime scene related course dealing with Internet fraud in all aspects related to tracing of IP addresses, LAN, WAN, MAN, skimming devices, Phishing and Pharming and all forensic cyber crime in the banking and Insurance industries as well as successfully completing a Forensic course with Forensics 4 Africa which deals with Interpreting Forensic Science Information, Collection of Forensic samples and preservation of evidence. I am currently employed as an Investigator for a company called Iron Eagle Security Solutions and Investigations where is deal with all types of Investigations including Private Investigation. I have successfully completed my Security officer grading at the Centec Security Training Academy in Durban and I am registered with PSIRA on the Security Industry Board.
