I am an experienced Manager that has worked intensely within the stressful environment of the Emergency Medical Services as well as the International and local Outsourced BPO environment. I show great discipline and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, a fact that has helped me to be amongst the best within the industry. The leadership and coaching skills that I have; have resulted in me creating High performing teams within the various organisation that I have been privileged to contribute towards. My Management style may be best described as being Open, Honest & interactive, with a high focus on Self motivation of all my staff, through developmental growth plans. Being an individual who strives for perfection; I have discovered that any problem can be dissected into variables and that these variables can be formulated in a new manner that results in the solution. I also believe that by assessing the present one has the ability to forecast the future, for what transpires today affects tomorrow. Having gained the relevant experience within the international outsourced BPO environment, I am certain that my implementation of various processes will assist in managing the centre, ensuring that service excellence is the consistent focus.
