I am a ConMon Specialist,I have been working in this role for over 7 years, applying my expertise in vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, laser alignment, oil analysis, and root cause analysis to monitor and improve the condition and performance of various rotating equipment and machinery in the coal mining industry. I hold a CAT III Vibration Analyst certification from the Mobius Institute, as well as an Alignment Specialist certification from Engineering Dynamics. I also have gained a strong background in fitting and machining, SAP maintenance system, and continuous improvement. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, customer service, and computer literacy. I am passionate about solving complex mechanical problems and optimizing maintenance practices, using advanced tools and techniques such as AMS Suite Machinery Health Manager Database, UT Test Flaw Detection, and Crack Test. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a ConMon Specialist and deliver value.
