Provide secretarial services to meetings of management, through making logistical arrangements, distributions of the notice of meetings and the agenda, take and prepare minutes. Provide administrative support to management through ensuring the updating and safe keeping of all records, office provisioning & receiving correspondence. Maintaining and organizing the diary, confirming appointments, compiling / typing correspondence, documentation, e-mailing, faxing and photocopying and reply to requires on behalf of the Manager Provide switchboard duties using proper telephone etiquette, including taking of messages. Arrange travel, accommodation and other logistical arrangements for meetings, workshop and events.
