I have 13 years experience in analyzing business performance, forecasting budgets based on sales trends and economic factors, compiling business strategies with the objective to growing business areas. My experience also range in collating the business data, for ease of communication to the relevant business stakeholders in the most simplified manner possible. I excel in presenting post mortems, the current trade and future strategies. Within the 13 years of retail experience I have undertaken the task of mentoring and coaching individuals that aspire to excel and accomplish their goals within the retail market as well as their personal business. I recently completed Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator Course to enable me to expand on my knowledge in a professional environment with the relevant certification. In my personal capacity, I consider myself a disciplined individual, that can motivate herself and others to strive the best within their strengths. I create programmes that allows individuals to recognize the potential within themselves, especially within stressful and chaotic environments- soft skills management. I also facilitate creative skills development courses for individuals and groups that seek to build their own businesses, stepping into the sphere of entrepreneurship.
