I am Noluvo Maqanda, a South African citizen and I have completed a Bachelor of Social Sciences. My objective is to make a meaningful and effective contribution to the company that employs me. I believe that I have the necessary traits to fit and succeed in any environment. I am self-motivated, honest, smart working and able to tackle new challenges. My internship experience of 1 year at the Department of Education in Human Resource Admin Intern/ Data Capturer improved my communication skills and ability to work in a team environment and independently depending on the task in hand. I have also gained experience in Tangaza Africa Media while working as a Junior Analyst doing the following duties: Media monitoring across different platforms for relevant clients. Upload media articles into TAM’s database, analyse captured content using TAM’s methodologies and procedures, follow weekly planned content assigned by the manager, research and develop relevant and authentic feature articles and editorial pieces, follow up on news leads to prepare and deliver engaging articles, attend meetings on a regular basis to give feedback, development updates of story content, request for assistance and guidance where needed to ensure deadlines are met, writing monthly reports for clients, weekly Dashboard and print. I have also gained skills like problem Solving, client Relations, Analytical Skills, Team Management, Media Research, Media Communications, Media Planning, Data Analysis, Strategy, Learning, Independence, Time Management, Team Building, Communication, Computer Literacy, Administrative Assistance, Data Entry, data capture, Communication, Teamwork and Customer Service. Teamwork is one of the skills that I possess; I am equally comfortable working independently or with a team. My communication skills are well above average (written & verbal), I have also allowed myself to spontaneously interact with diverse populations and all age groups. I have confidence in a job opportunity that is all about contribution, not only to the company, but to the country as a whole. I possess strong technical skills, intellectual skills, planning and leading skills, and Interpersonal skills, which were enhanced by my involvement in working with people.
