I am a young, determined, motivated, success driven, passionate candidate, with more than 3 years’ experience in the IT industry. I have worked at Adcock Ingram where I was providing customer support to internal end users on hardware and software systems, handling logged tickets in a system called OTRS. I also have experience with setting up video conference, cisco phone extensions, creating user accounts on Microsoft Exchange. I was voted Star of the month and star of the week due to my hard work there. Then I moved to Cura Software Solutions where I began as a Support Consultant, where I was responsible for providing customer handling logged tickets using the Jira Ticketing system, performing installations remotely, creating testing documents, creating weekly support reports for the organisation, configuring systems like IIS and performing daily health checks on client server environment, take the client through the system, troubleshoot and solve the problems customers face. Then I was promoted to Professional Services Consultant, where I am responsible for designing, modifying and uploading reports on the system, different solutions using client’s requirements, creating testing documents, system configuration, uploading and testing SSRS reports on client’s environment.
