Good day to you I have been working as HR generalist for more than 10 years. Over the years I been providing HR services of which corporate governance was part of my role as I had to ensure compliance with current legislation governing the organisation. Ensuring implementation and obedience to the government laws and company policies and procedures. Constant benchmarking of our processes with operations of the same industry nationally and internationally. In my tenure I have implemented various programmes nationally in provinces, for specific clients like South African Local Government Authority (SALGA), National Treasury, LGSETA and government departments, and for international partners like KfW, World Bank, Anglo American and SADC initiatives. My passion for excelling in this field, diversity and positively impacting on peoples lives, relationship building, interaction with people at different levels has led to achieving of my planned goals over this period. I have led a team of experts in HR management sphere like Labor Relations Manager, Payroll and Remuneration manager, Skills Development and Employment Equity manager, Performance management and Organisation Development Manager, HR Administration manager, Employee Wellness and Occupational Heal, and a team of administrators. Managing and ensuring compliance with South African legistations governing operations of oranisations is key to my operations. Constant researching and benchmarking of our processes with operations of the same industry nationally and internationally to keep abreast with new developments.
