I have worked in the private and public sector as well as in municipal environments, on programme and project planning and implementation for the past 22 years. During this times, I gained a lot of experience in infrastructure value chain planning as well as planning for infrastructure asset management and delivery and advising clients on asset lifecycle planning strategies. I am passionate about driving impactful and sustainable service delivery and ensuring that clients see value for money in the infrastructure assets they invest in long after implementation. I have experience in implementing turnaround strategies to ensure viability of projects, business continuity and profitability. I have set up several PMOs in my career, managed several multiyear projects worth an average of R5 billion, provided advisory services to several municipalities and metros.
