Through my education, I gained a more profound understanding about the fundamental principles of metallurgy which mainly covers the mining, extraction, design and processing of metals. I also gained a significant exposure to various metalworking technologies such as forming, machining, fabrication, cold working processes, sand casting, die casting, investment casting and continuous casting. Upon being given an opportunity I vow to utilize the unique my skills to carry out my role effectively and use the opportunity to excel in the field of metallurgy. I have also been engaged in the process of testing metals and their alloys to ensure the prescribed engineering and industrial standards using testing equipment such as electron microscopes, emission spectrographs and heat treatment furnaces. I possess excellent communication skills, planning and researching skills and a strong analytical mind. I have the desire to learn so as to improve the engineering industry, I am goal orientated and able to work well in a team to make one project come together successfully.
