My professional journey has been quite diverse, starting off as an intern at Global Pact Trading 193 and swiftly transitioning to the role of a Personal Assistant for the director at the same company. Over the course of the past two years at Global Pact Trading 193, I have gained a wealth of experience by handling various responsibilities. These tasks included scheduling meetings, managing calendars, answering phone calls and emails, taking messages, as well as taking accurate and comprehensive notes during meetings. I also assisted with daily time management, ran errands as requested by the director, and planned travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation. In addition to my tenure at Global Pact Trading 193, I also worked part-time at Simanyene Logistics as an administrator for a year. During my time there, I was responsible for managing the correspondence and communications of the organization, which involved handling phone calls, post, and emails. I also took charge of bookkeeping, record-keeping, and data entry into various financial, personnel, and legal databases and records. Furthermore, I oversaw the maintenance and organization of company records to ensure efficient operations within the company. Currently, I am employed at Global Pact Trading 193 as an executive assistant. However, due to the company's growth phase, my current role does not entail as many responsibilities as I would like. I am now seeking a challenging position that will allow me to utilize my skills and experience to the fullest. With my background in managing various administrative tasks and my proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, I am eager to take on a role that will push me to grow both personally and professionally.
