I worked for National Department of Home Affairs as case resolution and Administration Clerk for 5 years, assisting with queries in all South African languages. I also worked for DHL freight call center as an Import Specialist from 2013 till 2016. My duties were to assist DHL freight clients with complains and delayed shipments. Due to growth, I went to seek something more challenging and I worked for Department of home affairs Call center as a case resolution clerk from 2016till 2021. My duties were to answer calls and assist the public with their delayed applications.
