I am a hard working, focused and self-directed professional with 13 years’ experience in the Aviation Industry. 11 years within British Airways. I have worked in three departments, Call Centre, Airport and currently Commercial department with British Airways. I am a Corporate Sales Manager but also look after two trade accounts, Travel with Flair and Duma Travel which has a focus on government business, so I do both Corporate and Trade. My highlight was when I was appointed as a Telephone Account Manager in 2013, learning RAS, iSell, WWDS system, Sales Force, Fly, Microsoft Teams how to do negotiations with the Corporates. Knowing how a sales person becomes involved in a journey of a corporate from the beginning to the end. An achievement was when I graduated in 2014, completed my degree in Marketing Management through UNISA.
