Good Day, I am customer acentric female, who has been in the IT industry for more 10 years providing technical support via telephony. I have studied Information Technology and I have worked in customer service roles since 2005. I enjoy problem solving and incident management. I have no formal training however I have created training manuals and facilitated training sessions. I have minimal experience in testing. I believe I work very well in team. I always meet and exceed my service level agreements. I am currently pursuing a business analysis course.
