I am Nthabiseng, 44 years only. Hold a BA Development Studies (Unisa). I am a certified NLP/Life Coach (Action Factory). Thuto Thebe Educational Fund, whose Patron was the Queen Mother of the Royal Bafokeng Nation, Dr. Semane Molotlegi. SHE sadly passed away in December 2020. (http://www.******.*** I am the only permanent staff at Thuto Thebe. My role is very multifaceted. I often joke that I am Manager: Projects & Operations, driver, messengers, programme director for events, chair meetings, photographer, etc. This is true. When a project is on implementation phase, under budget constraints, and we are able to recruit and hire staff, I step up and fulfill these roles. The Queen Mother, Mmemogolo Molotlegi was involved in many other organisations/NGOs, as Patron, Board Member or Honorary President: I utilised my skills, expertise and support: either administrative or strategic to assist HER achieve Her Legacy Mandate. This required high levels of organisation, dedication, flexibility and energy. I thrive at the dichotomy of my role. I get to get my hands dirty: Literally. I spend time with incredible and ordinary people: old age citizens, patients at hospitals, kids at schools or crèches, planting vegetables at community gardens, the next day, I am all dressed up in fancy gown, at gala event or fundraiser, been inspired by the most influential people in the world, people I hugely admire. I also get to travel, which I enjoy; it is life changing and enables one to gain broader life perspective.
