I started working as a call centre agent at Direct Channel Marketing however after a year I got promoted as quality assurance consultant and I moved to a new company which was First Federal Investment after year I got promoted as the Quality assurance team leader and I also received a certificate as the best quality assurance of the year in 2016 hardworking person, who works smart and always ensuring that I reach my targets and deadlines.I always want to see results in my work. I have good personal skills..I am current working for Jag method as the quality assurance consultant, I matriculated in 1995 and in 1999 I got a diploma in Girl Friday, I did a contact center course with I- fundi and I have142 credits in a contact Centre, and I also hold a certificate in RE (Regulatory Exams) which I received in February 2016.I am currently studying toward Ba degree in Social worker with Unisa.
