I conceptualise and develop financial and economic appraisal reports of large (+ZAR1bn / +USD55.4 million) infrastructure investments. These appraisals focus on the investments’ value-for-money proposition, to ensure the socio-economic welfare impacts outweigh the investment costs. Investment proposal highlights include: o Municipal Infrastructure to enable private and public developments o Water and Sanitation o Public Health Infrastructure Previous work experience includes evaluation of provincial infrastructure plans (education and health sectors), capacity and skills development programme for infrastructure planning and delivery, and policy development for performance-based incentive grant allocations for infrastructure projects/programmes.
