I am Okuhle Siyali, University of Western Cape graduate in Computer Science minoring in Mathematics. I started off as a Monitoring Operator for an IT company, then I became a Software Engineering for Takealot Company, it is where I then I learnt the most critical skill set of an Android Developer, we adopted the MVVM architecture and made use of Kotlin language in our apps. Furthermore, we also made use of SOLID principles and the separation of concerns to be able to write Test-Driven-Development (TDD). We also made use of Git and Github, made use of Graphana and Firebase. I then formed a strong fundamental understanding of the Android SDK, framework, libraries, built variants, the works while I developed features, and also had the duty to investigate bugs and later solved them. I really enjoy the challenges I face in android development.
