06/09/2024 I am an Office Administrator that has worked for different companies. 1995 I started with CATS (Cheshire Associated Training Services) a Computer Training Company working as an Office Assistant. I was promoted to an Administration Clerk position in 1998 and managed to receive a Hard Worker of the year Award. I then moved up and started as a Trainee Computer Trainer in 1999 but the company merged with another company and I volunteered to be retrenched because I had managed to continue my Trainee Computer Trainer with CS Holding Computer Training Centre based in Woodmead. I didn’t stay for a long time because Belinda Tverdon from Genie Trainers head-hunted me. I worked as an Administration Assistant from the year 2000 - February 2001. Belinda's husband, Zoltan Tverdon head-hunted me and I joined FCA on Assignment, a Recruitment Company based in Sandton from the 1st of March 2001 until the 1st of March 2005. I was head-hunted by Christina Da Silva of Pam Golding Properties. I worked for Pam Golding Properties Regional Head Office from the 1st of April 2005 handling Reception, Switch Board Operation and Office Administration. I stayed with Hyde Park Frontline Division for 11 years. I then decided to do Various positions with different branches of Pam Golding Branches from the 13th of June 2016 to June 2019 to accommodate my ailing mother as I could take a break every time she needed me most to look after her. Life was hard but I had to persevere. After I lost my Mom and 2 siblings in 2020, Royalty Kingdom Properties in Dobsonville Soweto Management asked me to come join them as an Office Administrator. They had seen my advertisement that I had placed on Facebook. I started with them on the 17th of June 2020 till present. It has been a wonderful experience working for a local company. Currently the Soweto Property Market is not doing so well and the company is struggling to make ends meet. That reason is driving me to find a new company to work for as I am now worried I might find myself unemployed and that is not an option because I am a single mother to a 17 years of age vibrant young man. I can’t disappoint him because he is currently doing Grade 11 and next year he will be doing Matric. I am willing to accept a permanent or a temp position with any company to keep the bread on the table for my wonderful son. All in all I would like to say I am a hard worker, a quick learner, pay attention to detail to avoid silly mistakes and I am a loving person, assertive, full of empathy and a good listener. My skill include: ability to take minutes, type and distribute them within the office, capture information accurately, willing to do over time, good communication skills, scan documents, save them on my computer and e-mail them, filling, welcome visitors, operate a busy switch board, photocopy forms, assist client or new staff members fill out forms, assist with collecting data from prospective buyers and sellers, compile document packs for show days and brand awareness, I have a code 8 drivers licence and I have done few courses that make me an ideal candidate for admin positions available in your books. I am available immediately as every month end is stressful because I never know if I am going to be paid or not. I still love working for Royalty but the property market is proving things otherwise.
