I am in possession of a National Diploma in Financial management, a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Honours in Business Administration. I am employed as a Finance and Assets Management Officer at the South African Local Government Association-SALGA, in the North West- Province(Klerksdorp). My job description entails, however not limited to, budget shifting requests, dealing with acquisitions, Sourcing quotations from service providers, supplier support, requisitions on SAP( Financial Systems), Client evaluation, ensuring compliance to SCM processes and company policies, Retrival of company prifiles and checking of supplier compliance on CSD, preparation of documents for payment, Compile the Provincial office asset register, asset verification checklist and determine the conditions of the assets in the provincial office, Supplier Registration on the database, Verification of BBBEE and tax compliance ,Issuing requests for quotations, Compiling payment packs Purchase order processing, coordinating Wellness Sessions for Staff and ensuring good client relations .I have understanding of policies and programs.
