I specialize in Mineral Processing/ Lump Ore Beneficiation level 2&3 qualification/ learnership, also loading the learners and their assessments on MQA I-MIS. I facilitate, assess, moderate and audit mining related trainings. Prior becoming a training officer I was Plant Section Team Leader, coaching and supervising the subordinates. I have experience in designing and developing training material, and supervisory programmes/ curriculum. I just completed Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management qualification. I also have the following certificates or qualifications to name the few core training related: National Diploma in OD ETDP, Lead Auditors certificate, Skills Development Facilitator and others. Recently I just registered my company and I have registered to study business management, but I am available for training delivery as and when I'm needed.
