My name is Paul Ferreira. I am 41 years old I have over 18 years’ experience in Mechanical Solid works designing. My expertise is in a number of fields, from creating Mechanical parts and EPS moulding designs to the reverse engineering of mechanical components and drawings. I have the advanced ability to create complexed 3D surfaced parts and all the way up to large mechanical machine assemblies. I do have knowledge of creating Checking fixtures and jigs to measure and check parts manufactured for Toyota and Ford. I have also worked for a long time on Mastercam and the CNC machining of aluminium parts. This gave me the hands-on ability to make sure that what is designed can actually be manufactured. I currently do project planning and liaise with customers to make sure that their products are designed, quoted, created and costed correctly. I also manage a drawing office and oversee all CNC machining operations. I also check and make sure that all parts created are assembled to the correct drawing specifications.
