With more than 20 years’ experience in all aspects of digital and traditional marketing and advertising, I will add value to any business where innovative, divergent thinking coupled with tried-and-tested traditional marketing principles are critical to success. My experience across various industries and disciplines has equipped me with a unique skillset to work in complex, detailed environments, whilst aligning with and contributing to a wider business strategy. Notably, I have managed the development and implementation of integrated B2B and B2C brand and marketing communication initiatives, strategies and campaigns across digital, social media, through-the- line traditional and CRM for a range of bricks-and-mortar and e-commerce brands. I have held positions as Strategic Director, Business Unit Director and Creative Director at specialist digital and CRM consultancies as well as through-the-line agencies in Cape Town and Johannesburg. I am happiest leading the strategic or creative direction of digital or traditional marketing initiatives for businesses and brands, working across the customer disposition funnel – from awareness and acquisition, to engagement, retention and loyalty.
