I am an experienced Executive Chef/Production Manager predominantley in the Airline Catering Sector. I have worked for LSG Sky Chefs in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Tanzania and Angola. I have also worked in Jeddah for a Airline Catering company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia during the Hajj period. I have also worked in the bulk production and then the First Class Kitchen at Air Chefs. I have vast experience with large catering facilities serving some of the most prestigeous airlines in the world. I have also had the honour for manageing a team to cater for Royal and Presidential flights. I have also had experience working in a game lodge as well as Southern Sun hotels and resorts. In recent time I have branched out into other parts of the airline business working in operations, revenue analysis, acting warhouse manager and special projects. I am dedicated and hard worker and try to build a strong team as with a strong team learns to work smart and not hard.
