Having spent ten years working in and around London I have a strong understanding of quality and luxury. I have an exceptionally well rounded skillset within the kitchen, having worked as a baker, a chef and as a pastry chef. I have a firm grasp of product costing, menu design, staff management and product creation. I am experienced in training and development of staff, both on the job and classroom style. I am an out-the-box thinker and problem solver. I enjoy learning and developing, using my experiences to improve my understanding and techniques.
