I am a senior manager at ****@*****.*** (Pty) Ltd with 22 years’ professional experience within the built environment. During this time, I performed a variety of project and information management roles within a diverse range of industries and sectors including Asset management, Property & Housing, Transportation, Agriculture, Tourism, Mining, Oil and Gas, Finance, Commerce, and Planning and Development. Graduate Certified in Asset Management and holds a Hons Degree in Geography and environmental management from University Johannesburg. I am involved in scores of projects within the asset management, valuation as well as the development planning domain, including built environment performance plans, property management, valuation rolls, spatial development frameworks, master plans, infrastructure asset management plans, environmental plans, urban regeneration strategies, urban design and feasibility analysis for optimum location, cost and accessibility for complete neighbourhoods down to individual businesses. I am especially well known for my capabilities with regards to property management, data management, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), web mapping, mobile mapping (survey123 & collector) and GPS applications and is a registered Professional GISc Practitioner with SAGC.
