I am Pheladi Mothwa I have completed my matric and have diploma in management assistant, I also have records management certificate. during my 12 year experience I have acquire the following skills, communication, team payer, listening, computer skills where I can use Microsoft word, Microsoft outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and I have ability to take minutes, receive visitors, handle outgoing calls and incoming calls, receive visitors on behalf of my manager, handling incoming documents and outgoing documents, arrange meeting and workshop serve refreshments for the meetings.
