I started in the ICT industry, then progressed into Telecoms, where I developed my love for Quality and Customer Centric Solutions. I have been able to enhance Customer Experience in all my roles. my experience as a Process Specialist/Analyst, that I developed the desire to obtain knowledge in the field of Business Analysis and Intelligence. I have worked with numerous clients and through this work realised the need for an expert understanding of the transactions that I deal with. It is through my time in the Automotive Industry, which I developed myself and realised the importance of continuous learning. I am passionate about the work that I do and seek to advance my knowledge in the space of Business Analysis and Improvement.
