As an experienced corporate Biokinetcist I’ve conducted front line management and contributed to the development of the students and interns clinical training and administrative tasks. With over a decade of experience in Head-Biokineticist most recently in training and development my skills have been honed and I’m ready for the next level of responsibility. I’ve been involved first-hand in the introduction of new practice development, conducting wellness days, managing for the Biokinetics Clinic and injury assessor for all the University of Johannesburg first teams, that have had an immediate impact on productivity and employee satisfaction at the Institute. By conducting surveys and assessing feedback an accurate picture of training needs was compiled and I assisted in turning that information into action. My first experience as Biokineticist was a baptism by fire when the manager resigns and I was asked to keep the clinic open and supervise the students, while I was still an intern at University of Johannesburg Doorenfontein. The feedback from the course coordinator was positive and I felt like I’d found a home.
