I have gained insight into process and procedures as an Accounts payable Manager, when my role was to get the department from working manually to system orientated for a company that was small and grew exponentially. Supervising a team of 5 creditor’s clerk, I did impart knowledge and trained each individual with respect to their own strengths and weakness, to heighten our end results. The skill sets to work in a fast paced environment relates to reconciliations, tasks allocations, customer focus, time management, collaboration, problem solving, people skills, consistency and being innovated amongst others. I have great passion in the finance area, and would be an asset to the company bringing with my experience and knowledge to help maintaining good set of accounts. My exposure for working in various companies and various positions at the previous company also has given me the advantage of understanding the value chain and the importance of cross functional discussions and meetings, to ensure the internal process flow is managed for end goals to be achieved. I also have over 15years of experience in the Debtors area of the business. I can most certainly add value to any company.
