-Improve sales performance and strengthen relationship with customers via customer onsite visits. -Conduct onsite technical meetings with focus on improving rotating equipment reliability and provide bearing solutions -Visit customers/distributors actively to understand their development status and needs, to strengthen customer/distributor relations and to develop more business -Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the company business strategies -Negotiate contracts with the customers -Responsible for acting on good quality of the order book and timely payments together with customer service and suppliers.
