Dear Hiring Manager, I hope that you are doing well. Thank you for taking the time to read my online profile for freelancing. In today’s age and time, it’s a rat race and we only work for a paycheck. As a consequence of that, there is two key elements lacking almost everywhere – The lack of passion and pride in one’s work. The question I ask myself is: “Do I want to live each day like that, or do I want to make a difference?” I for one would like to make a difference – Yes, some people will laugh, others will clap and softly say I won’t make it – But isn’t that the type of thinking that got our society in this discouraged attitude of today? All of us wait for the next person to make a change, but change start with you and I – As individuals. No, I don’t have any desire to be the next President. I know I can make a difference where I am – Through my interaction with people, through my service delivery, through my helpfulness, in the way I do my job with passion and pride. It doesn’t matter which vacancy you fill. You can do your job with pride, passion and precision, with a high standard of professionalism and still leave people inspired, still make their day wonderful, and still make a difference. I am blessed to have a wide range of skillsets which include the following: administration, logistics, procurement, debtor’s clerk, stock control and first aid. With this I learned to be level-headed, manage my time efficiently, communicate, work in a team or individually, gained leadership qualities, to solve problems, flexibility and be reliable. I have a passion to help people and I always try to leave them in a better state of mind as how I found them. I like to built lasting relationships with people and I gained a reputation for my friendliness and professionalism throughout my working career. Please feel free to call or email me if you want to discuss any of my qualifications. I look forward of hearing from you soon. Have a BLESSED day, Priscilla Geraldine Barkhuizen.
