I am known for bringing a personal touch to my dealings with employees, without compromising my professional integrity or the needs of the business. Having worked at a number of different companies I am very commercially aware, and have successfully performed in difficult and diverse environments. My career has also allowed me to build expert knowledge of national initiatives such as BEE and EE and I am regularly consulted on these and many other matters. I have also worked closely with many SETAs including BankSETA, ServicesSETA, MERSETA and CHIETA. Most recently, I have had exposure in HR in Africa having supported 6 countries in Africa, providing end to HR support while based in South Africa. I hold National Diploma.
