I have gained significant experience in HR administration and assistance. In my previous position, alongside running HR administration, I also headed up duties for our weekly and monthly payroll. I gained so much experience in my previous roles where I also grew as a person. I loved working in both my teams and I have become more confident in the HR sphere. I ran payroll manually at my last job which really gave me a deeper understanding of what can go into the process. My previous role really prompted me to think on my feet and fill many roles on the spur of the moment. I’ve since been teaching English online, virtually assisting an English teacher based in China and managing social media and marketing for a small business. This has further expanded my knowledge in how to convey a message to people and have them understand what I want to convey. I also became better at working with time-sensitive tasks and high pressure. The social media management that I do also has me learning about marketing tactics from as many free sources as I can find. I love my jobs and the way they force me to think innovatively and creatively.
