I started my culunary art Chef career in Redding London in 2004 where I lived, worked and graduated for a duration of 4 years. I have excelled and advanced my Chef level and career over 16 years period now whereby I have maintained senior level management positions in Restaurants, Hotels and Banqueting industry. My skill set is diverse and includes culinary art skills and executive office admin eg: purchasing, cost control, staff relations. During my career path I have owned my own business for a period of 4 years in South Africa whereby (Qzine catering) the business specialized in canteen & catering in upmarket business parks for multiple business. I'm looking for something interesting for the new adventure to grow and make a successful career and place of work.
