I am currently the HC Consultant at a NPO and supporting an international call centre as the in-house Human Capital Manager. As a practicing Industrial Psychologist and as a result of my Masters – I hold extensive knowledge about the relevant labour laws such as BCEA, LRA, EE, SDL and OHS. I am passionate about finding suitable talent and matching that to organisational fit, lifelong learning and empowering employees to identify suitable areas of development and source appropriate courses to fill the gaps identified. Over and above the aforementioned, I have experience in IR related matters, performance management and have served on my organisation’s culture transformation committee. I am further qualified in multiple Psychometric tests which could be employed in the recruitment process or for development for current employees. With my extensive knowledge regarding my role, I believe I am suitably qualified to hit the ground running in this current role.
