I am passionate about service and hospitality and believe that I am best suited to a job which is challenging, fast paced and rewarding. I have gained experience working in wine dining restaurants and my passion for wine has led me to do wine making apprentices at Springfontein Wine Estate. I have gained great practical and theory knowledge in wine service and sales working as a Sommelier for Cunard cruise line. Travelling around the world has broaden my wine knowledge and helped me to understand different wine regions of the world. I have completed several wine courses including Diploma Wine Course with Cape Wine Academy.
