Refiloe has more than 10 years’ experience in management and consulting across the HR value chain, having specialised particularly in Organisational Effectiveness (focusing on Org Design, Job Architecture, Rewards, Talent, Performance, Project and Change Management) and Business Development Management. Her experience includes facilitating strategic leadership sessions, developing operating models and restructuring to support business strategy, leading transformational projects and managing stakeholder relationships. Her industry experience spans from the financial services industry, IT as well as state owned entity. She volunteers as a member of the South African Rewards Association, Conference and Banquet Committee, organising the annual flagship conference. Refiloe has a passion for Strategic Leadership Development, Women and Youth Empowerment, Employee Engagement as well as Social Entrepreneurship.
