I am an admitted Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer. I also have a certificate in insolvent estates and a certificate in Business Rescue. I am a member of SARIPA and on the Master's panel of Insolvency Practitioners. I completed my LLM degree in Insolvency Law writing my thesis about the proposed debt relief to be introduced in the National Credit Act. I am experienced in varied aspects of law. I worked as a conveyancer for many years but have directed my interest to contracts, insolvency law and estates recently. Property law remains a passion. Because I have managed my own legal firm since 2001, I am experienced in the sphere of practice and staff management.
