I would describe myself firstly as a highly motivated individual, independent thinker, an innovative creative problem solver, and a mentor. I thoroughly enjoy working with processes in order to bring solutions as well as Change and Strategic Management. I have also had a great privilege to have mentored young people at the University of Johannesburg; under His People Campus Ministries in personal leadership skills. I also have an interest in Policy reform in the healthcare sector to benefit women and children especially special needs. I also enjoy research in the area of public health within a wide range of disciplines due to my broad background in the medical field and academia. I am an advocate for the rights of special needs children especially those living with neurological dysfunction like Autism. I have traveled with “missions” teams to Swaziland and Sierra Leone since 2009 participating in leadership and mentorship forums on these issues.
