I have obtained my bachelor’s degree in social work studies in 2016 at the University of Venda. I also have a certificate in call centre training for inbound and outbound training, obtained in 2007 at Cornerstone HR. I am currently not working due to the contract that ended on the 9th of September 2020. I was working at Kungwini Welfare Organisation for 12 months. I am looking for an opportunity where I can acquire more knowledge to enrich my skills set. When I saw the facilitator position advertised, I immediately felt I should apply as this will help improve my facilitating skills. So, it is my hope that the position for facilitator will give me more experience and the knowledge I need to succeed in my career and in helping people of the community. I have a passion in facilitating individuals, groups and also the communities. Facilitating is what I do most in my profession as it is one of the roles of social workers. I consider myself as a quick learner. I don’t give up easily when faced with difficulties. I think of myself as a coal-headed person who can work well under pressure and also under normal circumstances. I feel that I am the ideal person for the position as I am passionate and confident in what I do.
