I have been actively working in the Insurance industry since 2007. I started as a call centre agent and throughout my career worked my way up to EXCO level through various organisations I worked for. My excellent growth is testimony to my commitment, ethics, EQ and growth mindset where it concerns business. I diversified in 2011 to go work for an International consulting firm in the Retail Motor industry however I remained in the Insurance field through our Finance and Insurance training department providing INSETA accredited training programmes to our Dealer Networks. Since 2015 I have been running my own consulting company called Divergent Coaching (http://www.******.*** where I provide Facilitator services to the Insurance and Motor Industry, and focus on Business Coaching for organisations within the Service, IT, Insurance, and Motor Industry. I have been an active facilitator for the Insurance industry since 2008 and have facilitated, amongst others, the Wealth Management Qualification (NQF 5) for Metropolitan since 2017 when CKP/faisit took over the contract from the previous provider. I have facilitated 6 groups including Cape Town, East London, Bloemfontein, and Pretoria last year with a very successful pass rate. I have various Insurance Qualifications, including: Short term Insurance NQF 4, Retail Insurance NQF 4, Wealth Management NQF 5, RE5 completed. I am also a qualified Facilitator, Assessor, Moderator and Skills Development Facilitator. My passion for people development has led me to complete my Life and Executive Coaching qualifications through Results Coaching (a Neuroleadership Institute organisation), and currently I am completing my Degree in Applied Industrial Psychology through UNISA. I am also completing my RE1 exam on the 13th December.
