I am enthusiastic, motivated, an "out of the box" thinker and a good problem solver. I have an absolute passion to effectively develop people. I’ve worked as a student and intern from a young age and after my graduation (BCom Human Resource Management), I was permanently appointed at a Church. It gave me the opportunity to do what I love. My work experience at the church (2 campuses) included the following: HR roles: Recruitment, compile contracts and job descriptions. I was also responsible for the training and development of staff members / interns and it included public speaking, operational training and personal development. Operational: Manage employees to ensure efficient sermon services are delivered. Ensure they adhere to the precise completion of templates (actions) for services and events. Communicate and motivate staff to ensure the operations are within set timelines. Youth leader and Pastor: Write and prepare sermons and deliver it to the congregation. Pasturing, leading and mentoring the youth through the various stages of their lives, motivating them and helping them through challenging times. I’m well organised and can therefor function good under pressure. I'm furthermore eager and willing to learn and is a team player.
