I see my solutions and advise that I provide in my training sessions as guidelines for myself. I keep my training sessions alive and my clients updated by doing research and using the latest methods. I use the latest technology webinar applications and keep my client communications on CRM systems. i am comfortable with boardroom training sessions as well as with face to face interactions. I am an Registered Assessor and Facilitator i align training manuals accordingly to the needs of the client. I can work with an International market in a call center - do motivation talks get the sales to the target and coach employees when needed. I come as a mature but fun individual and do know how to get the job done.
