As a recent graduate (and after 7 years of studying!), and after some part- and full-time work experience, I have the skills set that you are looking for in a variety of entry level marketing/advertising related jobs. I have: - Strong communication skills as I was in supplier, client and production facing positions (due to how small the teams are at my previous place of employment) - Computer skills; MS Office Suite (intermediate level proficiency) - Coping mechanisms to thrive under pressure - A great mix of creativity and academic know-how that I am looking forward to putting into practice. Some other things you may want to know about me: I am a recent graduate and I have dedicated 7 years of my life to my tertiary education (don't worry, it didn't take me 7 years to complete 1 degree!). I am eager to begin my professional career in the areas of study that I love- marketing. By nature I am a creative, but through some work experience I have found that (for the time being at least, until I find me feet and build up some practical experience) I thrive better in a structured environment as I find that this way I learn a lot quicker. I love working in teams- particularly when I am on the ground with my promotions teams during campaigns and choose to take a more collaborative approach, especially when unexpected issues arise. I am a driven and goal-oriented young woman. I am bilingual in English and Afrikaans and am currently teaching myself Spanish. If I am in a conference room and the projector isn't working- I'm not the type to call I.T and wait, I will crawl under the table and check that everything is plugged in properly. I do hope that I tick all of the proverbial boxes- thank you kindly for your time and for considering my application. I look forward to setting up an interview in the near future. Sincerely Robyn Schoeman
