As a young and motivated individual I am extremely interested in submitting an application. I held Bachelor of Science in computer science and information systems which were obtained in January 2019, together with 18 month work experience in ICT department. In 2018 I have served as IT Helpdesk (assistant) for six month at the University of Venda. Where my responsibilities in the role is follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution, create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process This positions has given me the chance to gather more skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment. Then in 2017 I also served as IT technician (assistant) for one year at the University of Venda where my responsibilities in the role were to provide IT Support to devices such as printer, computer, network cabinets and assisting the users as well as providing IT service. My mentor has recommended me for my high level of problem solving skills. My motivations include learning new things and the challenge of meeting key objectives. I hope that my knowledge and experience meet the requirements for the post mentioned above
